CARBODIAM ⚙️ qualifies and validates the performance of its best industrial blades for cutting building blocks in partnership with its customer CERATEC and a doctor from the University KU Leuven.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cutting performance of 2 CARBODIAM blades:

- Maximum cutting speed reached ! 

​

- Optimization of the cutting performance with 800mm diameter blade on a PENTRUDER 22KW machine. 

​

- Maximum reduction of the noise level

​

- Energy modeling of the sawing process. 

​

- Complete cutting of 245mm blocks without chipping.
